Mi alma, my soul...
Coming back to who you truly are, is the ultimate goal of the ancient wisdoms of ayurveda and yoga.
My journey began with a Master’s degree in Physical Education and Sports Science, which gave me a solid foundation in understanding the human body.
Yet I always felt that health is much more than the physical. It’s also mental, emotional, and spiritual, and is linked to the connection we have with nature and our own inner nature.
This quest for deeper knowledge brought me to yoga, Ayurveda, and natural healing.
In 2014, I completed a 200-hour traditional Hatha Yoga training with Sivananda, followed by a 300-hour training in India in both Hatha and Yin Yoga.
Alongside yoga, I trained in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and Shiatsu massage in India, Barcelona, and Belgium.
These experiences opened my path to Ayurveda, which I had been studying for years and finally formalized by becoming an Ayurvedic Consultant and therapist.
Today, I offer Ayurvedic consultations, therapies, and massages in Conil de la Frontera and Arcos de la Frontera, as well as online sessions for international clients.
My mission is to help people reconnect with their bodies and with nature, both inside and outside.
According to Ayurveda, the body is the gateway to the mind and emotions: when we work with the body, the mind naturally follows.
By restoring this inner connection and living in tune with the natural rhythms around us, we can experience balance, and deep wellbeing.
For me, creating space and a peaceful atmosphere where someone can truly come back to themselves is one of the most beautiful gifts to give.
Namaste
