A unique full-body treatment that blends deep tissue massage, yoga-inspired stretches, and mindful breathwork.

This powerful combination opens the body, releases tension, and leaves you with a deep sense of rejuvenation.

The massage is performed on a comfortable mattress on the floor. This allows the therapist to work with both hands and feet, applying oil massage techniques and assisted stretches in the most effective way.

 

A small amount of oil is mixed with Calamus powder, an Ayurvedic herbal medicine known to stimulate circulation, improve skin health, and support the natural detoxification of the body.
